Senior Web Graphic Designer (Future Opportunity)

You will design and shape websites, applications, and digital experiences while translating complex strategies into usable solutions. You will also build and evolve design systems while collaborating with writers, strategists, and developers to ensure high performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and shape websites, applications, and digital experiences
- Translate strategy into clear, usable, and engaging solutions
- Define structure, interaction, and content approaches
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
- Build and evolve design systems that scale across platforms
- Work closely with writers, strategists, designers, and developers
- Present work with clear rationale and guide decisions
- Ensure work meets accessibility, usability, and performance standards
- Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience designing for web and mobile
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong thinking and execution across digital experiences
- Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, and responsive systems
- Experience working within or building design systems
- Ability to understand how design translates into development
- Comfort working within constraints such as accessibility, performance, and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to use tools, including AI, while applying your own judgment
