The Digital Graphic Designer will create culturally relevant content for organic social and paid media channels to maintain brand visibility. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce static, motion, and video content while maintaining brand visual standards.

Responsibilities

  • Create consistent, platform-relevant content for organic social and paid media
  • Respond to cultural moments, trends, and brand priorities with speed and creativity
  • Design and produce content across formats (static, simple motion, short-form video)
  • Collaborate closely with Adapters and Animators to evolve content over time
  • Maintain brand voice, visual standards, and quality across all outputs
  • Write creative concepts and bring them to life

Requirements

  • Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, composition)
  • Experience creating content for social and performance marketing platforms
  • Comfort working in fast cycles and producing high volumes of content
  • Cultural awareness and understanding of social trends
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
  • Ability to take direction and iterate quickly based on feedback
  • Creative writing
