Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, web, and email. They will also produce video content and marketing collateral while leveraging AI tools to optimize design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, display), including variations for testing
- Create visuals for landing pages, website updates, and email campaigns
- Support social media and integrated marketing campaigns with on-brand assets
- Iterate on creative based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
- Edit and produce video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and web, incorporating captions, hooks, and light motion graphics to drive engagement
- Optimize video assets for platform-specific requirements (format, pacing, and performance)
- Design whitepapers, ebooks, presentations, and other marketing collateral
- Develop infographics, diagrams, and product visuals to support content initiatives
- Provide support for event and print materials as needed
Requirements
- 3ā5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or marketing design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing assets and video editing capabilities
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
- Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience using AI tools in design workflows
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
