Senior Digital Strategist & UX Researcher

You will lead end-to-end client engagements by planning and executing user research to inform digital strategies for mission-driven organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex research findings into actionable roadmaps and strategic deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Own client engagements end to end — serving as the primary strategic and research contact
- Serve as a trusted digital advisor to senior stakeholders
- Guide clients toward confident decision-making
- Plan, design, and execute user research programs
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in UX research, digital strategy, experience design, consulting, or a related field
- Hands-on experience planning and running user research — interviews, usability testing, surveys, and synthesis
- Strong understanding of websites, UX design, IA, and product strategy
