The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling content for humanitarian campaigns and fundraising initiatives across digital platforms. They are responsible for designing social media assets, managing brand consistency, and collaborating with marketing and program teams.
Responsibilities
- Design social media content (static + short-form video assets)
- Create program specific campaign creatives (appeals, countdowns, impact storytelling)
- Adapt designs for paid ads, email, and web
- Ensure brand consistency across all visuals
- Organize and maintain design templates and assets
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Illustrator
- Strong eye for design, layout, and typography
- Ability to work quickly and iterate based on feedback
- Understanding of social media formats and trends
- Portfolio of design work (academic or personal projects acceptable)
