Senior UX Designer

Lead user research and experience design for pediatric digital products by conducting interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiries. Create personas, journey maps, and wireframes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve patient satisfaction and clinical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Conduct digital research with patients, families, and clinical staff
- Convert research findings into personas, journey maps, and service blueprints
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interface prototypes
- Design intuitive, emotionally supportive digital experiences across web, mobile, and hospital systems
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, UX strategists, and clinical leaders to define requirements and align on priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Development, Web Design & Development, Computer Programming, IT, or related discipline
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and trauma-informed design principles
- Empathy, curiosity, and a passion for improving the healthcare experience for children and families
