The Senior UX Designer will drive the design strategy and implementation of user journeys for Amazon's multi-channel commerce and fulfillment tools. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex supply-chain processes into intuitive, data-driven merchant experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop personas, customer journey maps, and conceptual diagrams to understand and advocate for merchant needs
  • Partner closely with product and design teams across Amazon to develop high-value use cases and design requirements
  • Collaborate with Product Management to identify opportunities and drive strategic product decisions
  • Design information architecture, user interface, and interaction flows while contributing to strategic decisions around product definitions and roadmaps

Requirements

  • 7+ years of design experience
  • Online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns
  • Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
  • Experience delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
