Responsibilities
- Own and drive large-scale, cross-channel brand initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with broader business and brand strategy
- Translate brand and business objectives into scalable design systems, frameworks, and approaches that enhance consistency and elevate impact across channels
- Design with an eye toward warmth and wit, and bring creative finesse to balance the playfulness, simplicity, and sophistication that define Warby Parkerâs brand
- Work closely with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Retail, and Product to shape briefs, brainstorm, iterate, drive execution, and ensure delivery of high-impact initiatives
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience in graphic design
- A robust design portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, versatility across mediums, and a mastery of design fundamentals, typography, and brand systems
- Advanced skills with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of graphic design skills, including color theory, photo editing, composition, and typography
- Ability to lead complex, multi-channel initiatives from concept through execution
- Influential communication skills to confidently present work and the creative decisions behind it
