The Product Designer manages FF&E specifications and brand design standards while supporting new product development and creative documentation. They coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure consistent brand execution and maintain design libraries and prototype environments.

Responsibilities

  • Specification & Standards Management: Maintain and update FF&E specifications, brand design standards, and guidelines across all brands
  • Product Development Support: Assist with the development of products for new design packages
  • Creative Design & Documentation: Support preparation of research, presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in hospitality, brand, interior, or product design
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with specification and documentation tools such as Bluebeam, working knowledge of 3D design software (Revit and/or SketchUp required)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
