Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer creates visual marketing content across digital and print formats to support brand goals. They collaborate with the marketing team to produce graphics, manage document layouts, and assist with event-related design needs.
Responsibilities
- Design & Production: Create visual materials that support marketing campaigns and organizational needs across digital and print formats
- Design & Production: Produce and edit graphics for social media, websites, brochures, forms, infographics, banners, and event materials
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with marketing associates, content specialists, and other team members to bring concepts to life
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience (internships or equivalent experience acceptable)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of fundamental design principles, layout, and printing practices
