You will plan and conduct UX research to translate user needs into comprehensive UX concepts, wireframes, and prototypes. Additionally, you will proactively manage projects and consult with clients to ensure high-quality, user-centric digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct UX research (qualitative and quantitative)
- Analyze user needs, goals, and usage contexts
- Translate research results into well-founded UX concepts, information architectures, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Take responsibility for projects, steer them proactively, and work in a structured, transparent, and solution-oriented manner
- Advise customers at eye level, bring in ideas, and can justify and represent design decisions in a technically sound manner
Requirements
- Funded experience in UX design
- Deep understanding of user-centered concepts
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to work structured and independently
- Fluent German language skills
