You will plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research to translate user needs into effective UX concepts, wireframes, and prototypes. Additionally, you will proactively manage projects and consult with clients to ensure high-quality, user-centric digital solutions.

- Plan and conduct UX research (qualitative and quantitative)
- Analyze user needs, goals, and usage contexts
- Translate research results into UX concepts, information architectures, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Take responsibility for projects and work proactively
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create holistic user experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX design
- Deep understanding of user-centered concepts
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for projects
- Fluent German language skills
