UX Designer

You will design intuitive user experiences and interfaces for B2B insurance platforms by creating wireframes, prototypes, and design system components. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate feasibility and ensure high-quality, accessible digital products.
Responsibilities
- Producing user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Translating complex insurance workflows into clear, usable digital interfaces
- Contributing to RDT's design system by creating, refining, and documenting reusable components and design patterns
- Ensuring accessibility best practices are followed across all designs
- Supporting discovery activities including user interviews, usability testing, synthesis, and journey mapping
Requirements
- 2–5+ years in a UX/UI or digital product design role
- Experience designing web or SaaS products, ideally within complex or regulated environments
- Understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and responsive UI
- A portfolio demonstrating structured thinking, strong UI craft, and examples of iterative design work
- Familiarity with accessibility requirements and design systems
