JUNIOR UX RESEARCHER (m/f/d)
Kaiser X Labs 🇩🇪 Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany
You will support research teams by executing qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability tests, interviews, and surveys. Additionally, you will contribute to the synthesis of findings and the creation of research documentation like personas and journey maps.
Responsibilities
- Supporting research activities across qualitative and quantitative methods
- Assisting in the planning and execution of usability tests, interviews, and surveys
- Contributing to documentation such as personas, journey maps, and user insights
- Helping develop research materials such as screeners, guides, and questionnaires
- Participating in the analysis and synthesis of research findings
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Previous work experience in the UX discipline is desirable
- Basic understanding of UX research methods and tools
- Ability to support research activities and deliver foundational insights
- Good analytical thinking and communication skills
