The Sr. UX Designer will own and improve key growth surfaces such as onboarding, pricing, and checkout flows to ensure a seamless supplier experience. They will also lead go-to-market design efforts and drive experimentation through A/B testing to improve conversion metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own the journey: design and improve key growth surfaces
- Connect the experience: make the end-to-end journey feel seamless across marketing and in-product touchpoints
- Lead GTM design: support go-to-market efforts across the website, lifecycle, and feature launches
- Drive experimentation: work with Product and Growth to shape hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate based on results
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product-Led Growth Experience
- Journey thinking
