UX Designer
Multiplica Talent Remote (🇨🇱 Santiago, Provincia de Santiago, Chile)
The UX Designer will be responsible for creating interface designs for digital products tailored to user experience. They will work within multifunctional teams for a client in the retail sector.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve key growth surfaces
- Connect the end-to-end journey across marketing and in-product touchpoints
- Support go-to-market efforts across the website, lifecycle, and feature launches
- Work with Product and Growth to shape hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate based on results
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Experience in digital product design
- Experience in agile environments and working in multifunctional teams
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
- Experience in user research and user experience design (UX)
- Experience in creating components, user testing, and creating prototypes
