Senior UX Designer, Google TV

The role involves managing the design life-cycle for the TV OS and integrating AI into the design process to create intuitive user experiences. You will also lead the growth of the Google TV design system while collaborating with engineering and product management teams.
Responsibilities
- Represent the user in every product discussion, ensuring that platform requirements never compromise the core human experience
- Integrate AI into the design process to explore and iterate on predictive interfaces that anticipate user intent
- Define and prototype how users interact with Televisions (TVs) using voice, gesture, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) inputs
- Manage the design life-cycle for the TV OS, from initial identifying of user friction to delivering polished, high-impact solutions
- Lead the growth of the Google TV design system, ensuring it stays modern, scalable, and adaptable to the latest global design trends and partner needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
- Experience with Consumer Electronics
- Experience prototyping using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
- Portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work
