You will lead design across all marketing and sales channels while owning and evolving the company's design system. Additionally, you will manage website updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and support revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead design across all marketing and sales channels, including website, social media, email, events, and collateral
- Own and evolve the GC AI design system to ensure brand consistency across every asset and interaction
- Manage and update the GC AI website, balancing usability, conversion, and brand expression
- Create visual assets for demand gen campaigns, thought leadership, and events
- Partner with Content, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales and Leadership to ensure design supports revenue goals
Requirements
- 5-7 years of design experience in a B2B software space
- Experience with Sanity or a similar web builder
- Extreme taste
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence across web, digital, and marketing design
- Experience developing and managing scalable design systems
- Ability to balance high-level brand strategy with executional detail
