Lead a team in the design and development of advanced thermal cooling solutions for AI servers, switches, and accelerators. Manage project planning, financials, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure products meet customer requirements and performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects
- Participating in project planning and scheduling
- Taking responsibility for non-technical elements of an engineering project
- Reviewing and interpreting customer requirements/specifications
- Analyzing trade-offs in complex systems and recommending solutions
Requirements
- 10+ Years of experience with Thermal Design and Simulation
- 4+ years of managerial/leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong user of Flotherm as CFD analysis tool
- Expert in various heat sinks, heat pipe, vapor chamber design/selection, liquid cooling or other advanced cooling technology
