BIM Designer - MEP, DC Design Engineering

You will design electrical, telecom, and security systems for data centers using Revit to create and maintain detailed BIM models. Additionally, you will produce construction documentation and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure design standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Designing the electrical, Telecom, and Security systems of Data Centers, and utilizing Revit to create and maintain BIM models
• Working with support and guidance within a team environment to accomplish assigned tasks
• Working with internal groups as well as external suppliers and consultants
• Supporting in preparing and developing detailed Revit models of Electrical, Telecom, and Security building systems
• Developing and publishing construction documentation for Electrical/Telecom and Security building systems designs

Requirements

• Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities, especially data centers
• 3+ years of design/engineering of producing construction drawings for mission critical facilities
• 2+ years consistent Revit and AutoCAD experience
