Engineer I: Design Engineering (Hybrid)

The engineer will design major components and prototypes using computer engineering systems while providing analytical support throughout the design, production, and field service phases. They will also participate in cross-discipline teams to resolve quality non-conformances and support investigations into engine field incidents.
Responsibilities
- Designs major components or major portions of functional systems
- Investigates pertinent design factors such as ease of manufacture, availability of materials and equipment
- Provides analytical support through all design phases, production manufacturing, and field support services
- Supports engineering changes that lead to new hardware design, testing, and production
- Participates in cross-discipline integrated product teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- U.S. citizenship is required
