The Senior Product Designer will design features and workflows for complex B2B SaaS products while integrating AI into the design process. They will also collaborate with product managers and offshore engineering teams to deliver intuitive UX solutions and maintain design system consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design features and workflows for complex, data-rich B2B SaaS products
- Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into intuitive UX solutions
- Contribute to improving consistency across products by applying shared patterns and standards
- Support the evolution of the design system through contributions and feedback
- Conduct research using product analytics and customer feedback
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs
- Present design work and rationale to product leadership and customers
Requirements
- 5-8 years of product design experience
- B2B SaaS experience
- Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to the design process
- Experience designing complex workflows or operations-focused software
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UX fundamentals and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with guidance and feedback from senior designers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
