Junior Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer will support marketing and sales initiatives by creating various visual assets including social media graphics, brochures, and presentations. They are responsible for maintaining brand consistency, preparing files for production, and iterating on designs based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of marketing and sales materials
- Apply and maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
- Work within the design system to ensure scalable, reusable design
- Take direction and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Prepare files for print and digital use
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Figma, including working within shared design systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks at once
