Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, taking ideas from early concept to final implementation. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define roadmaps and ensure high-quality implementation of design intent.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for core product areasâtaking ideas from early concept to final implementation
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define team roadmaps and ensure weâre solving the right problems
- Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly
- Facilitate design sprints, user research sessions, and collaborative workshops
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing thoughtful, intuitive web applications
- Shipped complex B2B or SaaS products, and can speak to your process in doing so
- Think in systems and patterns, and have strong instincts for usability, interaction design, and hierarchy
- Move fluidly between user experience, interaction, and visual design
