Graphic Designer (AI-Augmented)

The designer will produce high-volume marketing and brand collateral by blending traditional design craft with AI-assisted workflows. They will partner with marketing and sales teams to create polished deliverables while maintaining brand standards across multiple product lines.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce a high volume of marketing collateral, proposals, pitch decks, social content, brand assets, and internal materials
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, iteration, and production
- Maintain and evolve brand standards across both Designblendz and Realtour identities
- Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to turn rough concepts into polished deliverables
- Build and maintain reusable templates, component libraries, and AI prompt libraries
Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic design experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Demonstrated fluency with AI-assisted design workflows and tools
- Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and composition
- Excellent file organization, version control, and production discipline
