Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create a variety of print and digital marketing materials to support commercial property listings and broker pursuits. They will collaborate with local teams to ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines while meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of marketing materials, including property flyers, brochures, offering memorandums, tour books, pitch decks, signage, social graphics, and email templates
- Collaborate closely with brokers and local marketing team members to understand project goals and translate them into effective visual solutions
- Ensure that all creative output aligns with Stream's brand guidelines while allowing for local customization
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of professional design experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency, in-house, or commercial real estate environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Portfolio demonstrating a variety of print and digital design work
