Graphic Designer / CSR / Digital Production Specialist

The role involves creating marketing designs, managing pre-press file preparation, and operating digital printing and finishing equipment. Additionally, the specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers and manage daily center operations.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for marketing materials and signage
• Pre-flight customer files, ensure print readiness, and perform color correction and layout adjustments
• Serve as the face of the center, consult with walk-in clients, and provide accurate estimates
• Manage workflows and communicate proactively
• Operate digital color/B&W presses and wide-format printers
• Manage RIP software, perform bindery/finishing, and conduct strict quality checks
• Address and correct customer or order situations with tact and composure

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a commercial print, sign shop, or fast-paced production environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Experience with RIP software and operating print/finishing equipment
• High integrity and Christian values
• Proactive, highly accountable, and willing to take steps to address situations head-on
• Excellent verbal and written skills with a customer-first mindset
