Develop styleframes, storyboards, and high-quality visual designs to translate concepts into compelling motion narratives. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, animators, and marketers to shape brand aesthetics and product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop styleframes and storyboards to establish the creative direction for projects
- Craft high-quality visual designs and translate them into motion, with strong attention to composition, typography, and detail
- Shape brand aesthetics through motion, while maintaining a high bar for visual design and craft
- Collaborate with designers, animators, editors, and 3D artists to bring concepts to life
- Work closely with creatives and marketers to translate ideas into compelling motion visuals
- Think beyond animation - focus on storytelling, product experience, and visual impact
- Own the narrative flow of your work: build storyboards, think through transitions, and craft complete visual stories - not just standalone static frames
- Stay ahead of trends - explore new techniques in motion design, branding, and interactive visuals
Requirements
- Experience in a professional design environment
- Strong visual design skills (composition, typography, color) with a high level of craft and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe applications (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects), familiarity with 3D workflows is a plus
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both design thinking and execution (static and/or motion work)
- Familiarity with motion design and After Effects is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive and independent - takes initiative, adapts quickly, and drives projects from concept to execution
