(Senior) UI/UX Designer (m/w/d) - App Design / fluege.de

You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing mobile app experiences based on user behavior, business goals, and current design trends. Additionally, you will manage design systems, conduct usability tests, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize app features.
Responsibilities
- Conception and design of app experiences based on user behavior, current design trends, and business goals
- Creation of wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journeys, interaction flows, and UI design assets for mobile applications
- Definition, application, and evaluation of UX-KPIs, as well as conducting A/B tests for data-driven optimization of app features and user experience
- Further development and maintenance of the design system with a focus on mobile components
- Planning, execution, and evaluation of unmoderated usability tests
- Ensuring consistent and platform-specific implementation of design and visual guidelines within the app
- Close collaboration with stakeholders to align requirements, priorities, and user needs
- Active participation in data-driven design decisions for continuous improvement of the app experience
Requirements
- Completed studies in UX/Interaction/Digital/Communication Design or a comparable education
- Experience in mobile app design and user-centered working for digital products
- Very good knowledge of Figma, especially in building and developing design systems, components, and collaborative design processes for apps
- Experience with agile working methods and common tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack, FigJam)
- Good understanding of UX-KPIs, app analytics, and data-based design decisions
- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS) and understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
