UX Researcher

You will plan and conduct user research studies to generate actionable insights that inform product design and strategy. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these findings into the product development process.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and conduct user research studies to understand user behavior, preferences, pain-points, goals, and needs
• Utilize a variety of research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, competitive analysis, and market research
• Analyze and synthesize research data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for product development
• Create personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts to inform product design and strategy
• Collaborate closely with business product managers, designers, and developers to integrate user research findings into the product development process
• Advocate for a user-centered design approach within the organization and champion the importance of user research in product decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in a product-focused or technology-driven environment
• Experience with finance industry/products is a big advantage
• Ability to work lean research into agile product deadlines and roadmaps
• Proficiency in all aspects of research methodologies and tools
• Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate research findings and insights to diverse stakeholders
