You will design and configure the control architecture for marine hybrid power systems, focusing on power management logic and energy flow optimization. Additionally, you will lead system-level HIL testing, software validation, and commissioning to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and configure control architecture for hybrid power systems
  • Develop functional sequences for power transitions and load-sharing logic
  • Work with internal engineering teams to execute programming and parameterization of Hybrid Control Units and Power Management Systems
  • Lead system-level Hardware-in-the-Loop testing and software-in-the-loop simulations
  • Develop system-level DFMEA's and validation test plans

Requirements

  • Experience in control logic, architecture, and functional integration of hybrid power systems
  • Technical knowledge of power management logic, energy storage optimization, and state-machine programming
  • Advanced proficiency in marine data protocols and industrial networking
  • Programming experience with PLC, MATLAB/Simulink, or C++/Python
