UX Designer

The UX Designer will lead design processes, produce user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes while collaborating with stakeholders and product owners. They are responsible for conducting design workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring accessibility standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Produce user flow journeys to identify potential and current bottlenecks
• Present findings in aesthetic infographics using visualization of data
• Produce Customer mapping processes and solution documentation
• Share conceptual thinking and design ideas with the wider team
• Produce user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototype designs
• Conduct design workshops with stakeholders and internal teams
• Stakeholder management

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience working as a consultant
• Knowledge of working across public and private sectors
• Ability to make decisions and mentor or lead clients appropriately
• Understanding of the life cycle of UX disciplines and methods across UCD
• Experience with Lean UX in an Agile environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing ability to design streamlined interfaces
