The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include conducting user research, maintaining design systems, and mentoring junior team members to ensure high-quality, consistent design outputs.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications that are visually compelling and easy to use
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across products
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, creating personas, and performing usability testing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with design systems and front-end technologies is a plus
