German-Speaking UX Designer

You will drive the process of understanding new markets in Germany and North America to refine product-market fit and improve user workflows. This involves conducting user tests, prioritizing actionable improvements, and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Market understanding: deeply explore the needs, workflows, and challenges of caregivers and management teams in new regions
- Scoping & prioritizing: decide which changes are most important and create clarity on what is needed to get to this improvement
- User-Centric innovation: iterative testing with new solutions
- Team Alignment: facilitate clear communication and agreements with development, production, and service teams
- Proposition definition: determine the best way to position Momo in new regions
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in user testing and iterative processes
- Excellent English and German language skills
- Strong communicator who can align and motivate teams
- Ability to translate care needs into actionable tasks for other teams
- Confident in making decisions and prioritizing actions
