Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and commercial teams to translate complex sustainability and materials innovation into compelling visual communication
- Develop systems, prompts, and tools that scale high-quality creative output
- Design bold, high-impact campaign assets across digital, social, and events
- Translate strategy into clear, memorable visual storytelling
- Help evolve the company’s brand world as it scales globally
- Create sales materials that win business
- Build assets that support distributors, partners, and ingredient branding
- Collaborate with commercial teams to bring clarity and polish to complex propositions
Requirements
- Strong design fundamentals
- Ability to build, experiment with, and deploy AI-powered creative workflows
- Experience with AI design tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
