You will immerse yourself in the daily lives of families and caregivers to identify key problems and design intuitive, essential user experiences. You will collaborate with product managers and tech leads to drive product direction while maintaining a high standard of visual and functional quality.
Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in the daily life of families, caregivers, and operational staff to identify priority areas for action and real problems to solve
- Decompose complex systems to retain only the essential and design intuitive paths
- Collaborate with PM and Tech Leads to provide clear and ambitious direction
- Pay attention to detail, fluidity, and visual clarity
- Contribute to the design system to ensure a consistent experience across all tools
- Use data and user feedback to refine your intuition and correct your solutions quickly
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience in design on complex products
- Strong product sense and ability to transform complex business problems into intuitive user experiences
- Drive and ambition to make a social impact
- Technical skills and enthusiasm for new tools and technologies
- Communication and collaboration skills
