Product Designer
Teksystems Remote (🇺🇸 Austin, Texas, United States of America)
The Product Designer will own design projects from discovery through delivery, turning ambiguous problems into intuitive solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage AI tools to enhance design outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own design projects from early discovery through final delivery
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear, intuitive design solutions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI in Figma
- Conduct lightweight user research and synthesize insights into design direction
- Clearly communicate and defend design decisions using data and user context
- Thoughtfully leverage AI tools to improve outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Product or UX Designer
- Strong Figma expertise
- Experience working alongside engineers in modern tech stacks
- Comfort working in or around coding environments
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and development workflows
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage priorities independently
- Strong design literacy and the ability to evaluate work critically
