Hybrid Full-time Mid-level

You will design intuitive, customer-centered digital experiences for mobile and web platforms while contributing to product delivery through user stories and backlog management. The role involves using data and usability testing to drive product impact and maintaining a consistent design system.

Responsibilities

  • Designing meaningful experiences and creating seamless, customer-centered journeys across mobile and web
  • Partnering with Product, Lifecycle, BI, and Engineering teams to improve onboarding, activation, and retention
  • Identifying friction points and designing solutions that improve conversion and engagement
  • Contributing to shaping product features from concept through to delivery
  • Using behavioral insights and analytics to inform design decisions
  • Running usability testing and continuously iterating based on real user feedback

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in UX design within digital product environments
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design thinking
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, UI design)
  • Experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and web
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
