Graphic Designer ( Brand & Social Media Focus)

The Graphic Designer will act as the primary steward of the brand identity, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms and internal/external communications. They will also design high-quality, platform-optimized assets for social media campaigns and various brand collateral.
Responsibilities
- Act as the guardian of the brand's visual identity
- Create, refine, and enforce comprehensive brand style guides, templates, and asset libraries
- Design high-quality, on-brand materials including presentations, brochures, internal communications, white papers, signage, and merchandise
- Develop design concepts for major campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Review and approve designs produced by other team members or external vendors
- Organize and maintain the digital asset management (DAM) system for all logos, imagery, and brand-related files
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 4-6 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand development and digital/social media work
- Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Sound working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and generative AI
- Solid understanding of design principles for web and social media
