Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will develop brand identity systems and create impactful sales-oriented materials from concept to final delivery. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to ensure design consistency across all assets.
Responsibilities
- Designing and execution of creative (sales-oriented) projects from concept to final delivery
- Translating business and marketing goals into compelling visual solutions
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, etc.)
- Managing multiple (sometimes) projects and timelines simultaneously
- Overseeing asset organization and design system consistency
- End-to-end production of C-level sales-funnel materials
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Advanced proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to develop and maintain brand identity systems
- Hands-on experience with both digital and print design production
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design
