Product Designer

You will lead user-centred design across the full product lifecycle, from generative research to post-launch iteration. Additionally, you will coach client design teams and facilitate workshops to drive alignment and build design capability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run generative and evaluative research to uncover real user problems
• Synthesize insights into clear findings that shape product direction and validate or challenge assumptions
• Lead design on cross-functional teams, from concept to high-fidelity, with a systems-thinking mindset and scalability in mind
• Craft workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align teams around a coherent user experience
• Design and run co-creation workshops, journey mapping, design studios, critiques with clients and mixed stakeholder groups

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience across the full design lifecycle
• User Centred Design mindset with experience in user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and post-launch iteration
• Coaching experience enabling designers through pairing, workshops, or formal mentorship programs
• Expertise in Figma and proficiency with prototyping tools and collaborative platforms
• Design Thinking, JTBD, Service Design, WCAG / inclusive design principles
