Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will create end-to-end UX deliverables including information architecture, interface design, and prototypes while defining UX standards. They will also analyze UX metrics and act as a UX advocate across the organization to improve the usability of OneTrust offerings.
Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of a Principal UX Designer
- Create end-to-end UX deliverables
- Identify, define, and promote UX standards and best practices
- Define and analyze UX metrics
- Monitor and apply relevant UX and industry trends
- Act as a UX advocate across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience across the full product design lifecycle
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX work
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite
- Deep expertise in at least one UX discipline
- Strong collaboration skills with R&D, product managers, and senior leadership
- Enterprise product and web-based application design experience
- Experience leading a team
- Familiarity with data privacy, third-party risk management, and/or security domains
- Scrum certification
