Senior UI/UX Designer

Lead the design of complex features from concept to implementation while ensuring a coherent and high-quality player experience. Collaborate closely with game design, tech, and production teams to drive alignment and resolve design challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex features, from user flows to final UI
- Define clear interaction models and ensure a coherent player experience
- Make design decisions that balance player needs, game design goals, and technical constraints
- Own the UI/UX of key features from concept to implementation
- Drive alignment with Game Design, Tech, and Production
Requirements
- Solid experience in UI/UX design for games or interactive products
- Strong ability to design end-to-end experiences (flows → UI → implementation)
- Deep understanding of usability, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
- Experience delivering complex features in production environments
- Experience with Figma
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
