The role involves leading the creation of intuitive, scalable user experiences for SaaS products while partnering with product and engineering teams. Responsibilities include driving design systems, conducting user research, and influencing product strategy through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Connect design decisions to product strategy, business goals, and customer value
- Think in systems: information architecture, workflow mapping, edge cases, future scaling
- Influence product direction through data, research insights, and design rationale
- Anticipate long-term UX implications of roadmaps and architectural decisions
- Execute high-fidelity prototyping, interaction modeling, and complex flow architecture
- Transform ambiguous or complex requirements into elegant, intuitive user experiences
- Deliver polished, dev-ready assets without needing supervision
- Drive component library creation, maintenance, governance, and scalability
- Partner with engineering to align Figma ā coded components at scale
- Ensure consistent patterns across modules, teams, and product lines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HumanāComputer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS or enterprise products
- Strong end-to-end design execution, complex workflow design, and consistent delivery of high-quality, dev-ready solutions
