UX Designer - Intermediate

You will lead a product area by collaborating with development and product teams to define user needs and develop new features. Additionally, you will create low and high-fidelity prototypes and support the implementation process to ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team during the discovery process to help define user needs and guide the direction
- Plan and facilitate design thinking workshops to foster collaboration and idea exploration
- Create mock-ups or prototypes at low and high fidelity to convey solutions and iterate based on feedback
- Support Development during implementation to ensure we create a seamless experience for our users
Requirements
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS domain working to create a comprehensive and smooth experience across a platform
- Familiarity or curiosity designing for AI-driven experiences
- Experience designing simple, quality, end to end solutions in a highly technical domain
- The ability to communicate design rationale in a structured manner to foster collaboration and learning
