Graphic Designer - Nashville

The Graphic Designer will create visual materials, diagrams, and colorized floor plans to support architectural projects and marketing initiatives. They are responsible for managing brand standards, formatting project documents, and collaborating with internal teams to translate technical information into clear visuals.
Responsibilities
- Create graphic schedules, diagrams, and visual materials to support project work
- Develop colorized floor plans and graphics using Adobe Illustrator
- Recreate and convert client logos and branding assets as needed
- Produce and format data sheets and project documents using Adobe InDesign
- Place and manage images, PDFs, and other assets within layouts
- Prepare interactive PDF documents for internal and client use
- Perform basic photo editing in Adobe Photoshop (color correction, cropping, resizing)
- Maintain organized files and ensure consistency with brand standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate technical information into clear visuals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with layout-heavy document production (InDesign)
- Familiarity with floor plans or technical drawings
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry (preferred, but not required)
