Graphic Designer / CSR / Digital Production Specialist

The role involves creating marketing designs, preparing files for print, and managing digital production equipment. Additionally, the specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers and handle order estimates and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Graphic Design & Pre-Press
- Create engaging designs for marketing materials and signage
- Pre-flight customer files, ensure print readiness, and perform color correction and layout adjustments
- Customer Experience (CSR)
- Serve as the face of the center
- Consult with walk-in clients, answer calls, and provide accurate estimates
- Manage workflows and communicate proactively
- Digital Production & Finishing
- Operate digital color/B&W presses and wide-format printers
- Manage RIP software, perform bindery/finishing, and conduct strict quality checks
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a commercial print, sign shop, or fast-paced production environment
- Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with RIP software and operating print/finishing equipment
- High integrity and Christian values
- Proactive and highly accountable
- Excellent verbal and written skills
