Principal Product Designer

You will drive product discovery and strategy by turning user insights into clear, actionable product directions. Additionally, you will lead end-to-end design processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, impactful product outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive discovery and turn insights into clear problems, opportunities and product direction
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap
- Lead design end-to-end, from early concepts through to shipped experiences
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and use results to guide decisions
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs through research, data and direct interaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Strong understanding of design principles
- Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership
- Comfortable working in ambiguity
- Ability to turn messy problems into clear solutions
