Senior/Staff Product Designer

You will lead strategic design initiatives to transform complex, data-rich problems into intuitive, AI-native product experiences. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to define end-to-end workflows and elevate design quality across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic design initiativesâtranslating complex, data-rich problems into intuitive, high-quality experiences
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to shape how capabilities come together into meaningful user experiences
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, ensuring we deliver experiences that are not only functional, but differentiated through quality and usability
- Act as a multiplier, mentoring other designers, contributing to our design systems and patterns, and helping raise the bar for craft and consistency across the product
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in interaction design, systems thinking, and delivering high-quality, user-centered experiences
- Bachelorâs degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- Deep expertise in designing end-to-end customer workflows
- Highly proficient in design and prototyping tools
- Strong collaboration with engineering teams, with working knowledge of modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
