Sr. UI Designer (Contract)

The Sr. UI Designer is responsible for developing clear, functional user interfaces and maintaining comprehensive design systems in Figma. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven digital experiences based on user feedback and iterative testing.
Responsibilities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert and provide guidance and oversight on high-fidelity UI design and prototyping
- Lead user-centered design creation in Figma
- Partner with Product Managers to ensure designs are ready for development
- Collaborate with UX Researcher to prototype designs and collect feedback from users
- Enhance user experience through data-driven design decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of UI or product design experience in a B2B or eCommerce company
- High-level skills in UI design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Mural, Miro, Adobe XD, Balsamiq Mockups, or InVision App
- Familiarity with design practices and agile requirements gathering and IT development release process
